OnlineRecharge AI provides a digital conversational interface for processing mobile recharges, utility bill payments, and OTT subscriptions. We aggregate services but do not directly own or operate the underlying telecommunication or streaming networks (Jio, Airtel, Netflix, etc.).
You agree to provide accurate phone numbers, email addresses, and account details when performing a recharge. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect numbers entered by the user.
All payments are securely processed through authorized Payment Gateways (such as Cashfree). By making a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
OnlineRecharge AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays in recharge processing caused by external network operators.
