Refunds & Cancellations

1. General Policy

At OnlineRecharge AI, all mobile recharges, utility bill payments, and OTT subscription activations are processed instantly. Once a transaction is successfully completed and the recharge is delivered to the specified mobile number or account, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

2. Failed Transactions

If your payment is successful but the recharge fails due to technical issues on our end or with the telecom operator, a refund will be automatically initiated.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

3. Wrong Number Recharges

We do not offer refunds for recharges made to an incorrect mobile number entered by the user. Please verify the mobile number or account ID carefully before completing the payment.

4. Contact for Disputes

If you have not received your recharge after a successful payment, or if a refund has not reflected after 7 business days, please contact our support team with your Order ID.
