1. Introduction

OnlineRecharge AI aims to process your transactions instantly and securely. However, cancellation depends on the type of service and the status of your transaction.

2. Instant Recharge Services

The following services are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once the transaction is successfully submitted.

Mobile Recharge
DTH Recharge
Electricity Bill
Gas Cylinder
FASTag Recharge
Broadband Bill
Most recharge transactions are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled after submission.

3. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

You may request cancellation only in the following cases:

Transaction is still pending and not yet processed
Payment has been deducted but the transaction has failed
Duplicate request made by mistake before processing
Future-dated subscription or auto-pay services (if supported)

4. When Cancellation Isn't Possible

Cancellation cannot be requested in the following situations:

Recharge or bill payment already completed
Payment already settled to operator
Subscription service already activated
Gift card already redeemed
Subscription service already activated
Order already in processing state

5. How to Request Cancellation

If your transaction is eligible for cancellation, you can request it through:

  • Contact Support through the app or website
  • Email us at support@onlinerecharge.ai
  • Provide your Transaction ID and details

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
